The Tavern of the Viking Village offers both an authentically ethnic menu and evocative atmosphere. Here you can fill your rumbling belly and quench your thirst to boot. If you wish, you can catch your own meal like the Vikings of old and have it cooked just the way you like it. The Tavern interior and exterior are authentically furnished with elements of the peasant culture of 1000–1930 AD. This includes both original elements as well as handmade furniture and decorative elements made especially for the Viking Village by local carpenters, potters and blacksmiths.
We are open every day from 11.00 to 22.00
